Magpul RSA (Rail Sling Attachment)

The RSA provides a forward attachment point for slings on the Picatinny of your weapon – not only 12 o'clock, 3 and 9 o'clock are also feasible if you have Picatinny in these positions on your handguard.
The RSA is compatible with Paracord, HK-style hooks, Magpul MS3/MS4, Uloops and similar attachment solutions.  

Made of nitrocarburised steel, extremely resistant to corrosion and wear and withstands more than 300 pounds (135 kg) resistance.

This is our go-to forward sling attachment point solution. The reason we favour it over QD and other solutions is that QD sling swivels are noisy and have a limited life due to wear. Also Picatinny rails are much more resistant than for example a MLOK mounted QD point.
