1. The administrator of personal data collected as part of the online store is Eurotac sp. zoo, based in Warsaw at Kajki 41/43 lok.10, postal code 04-634, NIP: 9522236628, REGON: 524227488, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001014325, hereinafter also referred to as "Eurotac".

Personal data of the Service Recipient and the Customer are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Act) and Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended)
3. The Seller respects privacy and takes due care to ensure that the collected data is stored and processed in accordance with the law, in a manner consistent with the purpose of making them available to the Seller.
4. All words and expressions appearing in the Privacy Policy and starting with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Buyer, Store) are defined in accordance with the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.
5. The administrator may process personal data for the purposes of:
• compliance with a legal obligation, if such an obligation is imposed on him,
• analytical, e.g. in order to select services to the needs of Buyers or optimize Products based on submitted comments and complaints;
• archival, to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts in the event of a legal dispute, possible determination, investigation or defense against claims;
• sending commercial information, if the Buyer consents to receiving commercial information;
• Buyer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of services.
6. Data obtained for the purpose of using the Store are stored for the period necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If a contract is concluded, we process personal data until the end of the limitation period for potential claims arising from the contract. We process personal data that we process for marketing purposes and satisfaction surveys during the Account registration period on the Store's website or until a valid objection is raised.
7. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Buyers using the Online Store:
• In the case of Buyers who are Consumers: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence/business/registered office (if different). than the delivery address).
• In the case of Buyers who are not Consumers, the Administrator: the data listed above and additionally the company name and tax identification number (NIP).
8. Providing personal data and consent to their processing are voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose to which the Buyer consented. The scope of personal data processing is directly related to the activities undertaken by the Seller and the Buyer within the Online Store.
9. Personal data may be transferred to public authorities only on the basis of applicable legal provisions.
10. The sources of processed personal data are the Order Form, the newsletter subscription form and the information provided when creating the account.
11. The recipients of Buyers' personal data may be:
• In the case of a Buyer who has chosen the delivery method by post or courier, the Administrator provides the Buyer's personal data necessary to provide the delivery service to the selected carrier carrying out shipments at the request of the Administrator.
• In the case of a Buyer who has chosen to pay for the Order electronically or by payment card, the Administrator provides the necessary personal data of the Buyer to the Stripe payment operated by Stripe, Inc. based in San Francisco, USA.
12. The user has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to correct and delete it, the right to limit processing, the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data after the period specified in the law.
