Battle Belt 1 with Cobra FM
Battle Belt 1 is an innovative belt constructed of Curv. The mechanical properties of Curv outperform classic materials such as Tegris, used in other belts – especially regarding impact and cold weather resistance. A chassis made of Curv is more durable and stiffer, yet lighter and thinner than legacy webbing designs. The main frame of the BB-1 is a single Curv element with Molle cutouts. Upper and lower rows, used for mounting pouches and other accessories, are an integral part of the belt's structure, rather than separate, stitched elements.
The BB-1 has a unique feature we called “Tail Catch”. One end of the Curv chassis is extended and slides into the channel at the other end of the belt. That creates a closed, stiff and stable frame around the waist.
BB-1 is 45 mm wide. It’s compatible with almost every holster and pouch equipped with a belt mount.
The inner side of BB-1 is lined with 40 mm velcro hook spanning the entire length. That makes the BB-1 stable and eliminates sliding down under load. The hook is lower than the pants belt, so it shouldn’t damage your apparel.
The buckle in the BB-1 is easy to replace without tools. The BB-1 is compatible with almost every 25 mm buckle. The non-adjustable side is finished with a velcro patch mounted on the inner side of the belt so it won’t disconnect while operating. The adjustable end is secured with One Wrap, which prevents self-loosening of the buckle.
Battle Belt 1 is not intended nor rated as a rescue belt.
