MOE carbine stock
Magpul buttstocks have been extensively used in armed conflict and are more than battle proven. They are an affordable upgrade as compared to "waffle" stocks and similar standard issue. We use Magpul buttstocks on many of our weapons.
MOE buttstocks are light, low profile and streamlined, and have slots for fitting slings in a variety of positions, as well as two smaller slots for paracord and similar attachments.
A rubber buttpad aids in felt recoil mitigation and prevents slipping.
What are the differences between the MOE and CTR buttstocks?
The CTR has QD points for QD sling swivels and a friction lock.
What are the differences between milspec and commercial buffer tubes?
Commercial buffer tubes have a 1.170 inches (29.72 mm) diameter and milspec buffer tubes measure 1.146 inches (29.11 mm). Commercial buttstocks fit milspec buffer tubes - they will be slightly loose and this can be dealt with by applying electrical tape to the upper part of the buffer tube. But it’s best not to force a milspec buttstock onto a commercial buffer tube.
Before choosing your buttstock type, please verify the buffer tube type of your weapon.
