Magpul MBUS 'flip-up' front sight

This front sight includes a height-adjustable (half a MOA per click) front sight post that can also be adjusted in width, between 0.04 and 0.06 inches depending on the precision you prefer. The height over rail of the sight is AR-15 absolute cowitness (1.41 inches/35.8 mm).

The sight firmly attaches to the front of the Picatinny rail and can be flipped down when not in use.

Torque value is recommended to be until felt tight. Most manufacturers agree 15 inch/lbs to be a good value for plastic on metal accessories. We recommend applying Loctite 243 to the mounting screw thread and marking the screw head to identify loosening.
